In the past I've been cutting out the boxed dimensions on a vertical bandsaw. Then I'd have to find center and drill two holes with the mill before attaching to my fixture. The program had a few passes cutting air before slowly turning my squares into circles. If I messed one up it added considerable time to my after hours job. Now I can reach into the box and toss them right into the machine and the cycle times will be about 10% of what they were.
